I recently moved to London and have been working in private practice since graduating with a post grad in physiotherapy in Edinburgh. Prior to this I spent 5 years working as a nurse in the NHS.

I am passionate about physio as I believe it plays an important role in recovery, performance enhancement, and long-term well-being. MSc Advanced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy at University College London (UCL).

Having been at BOOST Physio for 4.5 years I have developed a love treating all musculoskeletal concerns from general joint and muscle rehabilitation, to headache treatment, hydrotherapy and gym-based rehabilitation.

Special Interests: Manual Therapy (mobilisations, spinal manipulation and shockwave therapy), Paediatrics / Adolescents treatment (5 year olds +), Acupuncture, Sports Rehabilitation, Gym Rehabilitation, Pre/Post Operation Rehab, Hydrotherapy, BPPV treatment/Epley Manoeuvre and Evidence Based Research.

Having been part of the British Cycling Olympic Development Team, I have had a fair few injuries myself and I developed a good understand what high quality treatment means.
