I studied in Ireland before working as an Athletic Therapist in both private clinic and sports settings. Following this I moved to London and completed a Masters in Physiotherapy. I enjoy working with those from both a sport setting and more general background and have a particular interest in post-op rehab. I am passionate about helping people overcome their obstacles and improving their quality of living, this is what I find is the most rewarding aspect of my work.
Growing up in New Zealand, nature, adventure, and sport were a huge part of life. With this lifestyle came plenty of trips to my local physiotherapist. It was here my passion for the profession and health and fitness blossomed. Being a physio combines these pillars of my life as well as my passion for people. From helping clients return to a high level of sport or hanging out the washing pain-free, knowing that I’ve helped make a positive difference in someone’s life is what drives me.
