I have a strong passion for helping individuals overcome challenges and achieve their goals through tailored physiotherapy.

I first discovered my interest in rehabilitation during my BSc in Sport and Exercise Science, which inspired me to pursue a career focused on providing optimal care. This led me to working as a gym instructor, where I developed skills in tailoring exercises to individual needs before completing a MSc in Physiotherapy.

During this time I enjoyed working with people from a variety of backgrounds, from the general population to athletes. I find it incredibly rewarding to see the positive impact that personalised care can have on people’s lives.

Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with extensive experience in both public hospitals and private practice settings across Hong Kong and London.

Originally from Hong Kong, I have supported a diverse range of clients in their recovery from acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. My passion lies in helping people overcome pain, restore mobility, regain control over their lives, and confidently return to their activities.

I have a person-centred and holistic approach to treatment, combining hands-on manual therapy, personalised exercise programmes, ultrasound and shockwave therapies, as well as Traditional Chinese and Western Medical Acupuncture. I also place great emphasis on patient education, helping patients understand their conditions and prevent re-injury, ensuring effective self-management with long-lasting results.

I specialise in: Soft tissue, joint and nerve mobilisations; Bespoke exercise programmes; Ultrasound and shockwave therapy; Acupuncture (Traditional Chinese & Western Medical approaches) and Kinesio taping
