Finlay is a Senior Physiotherapist with an interest in sports-related injuries and pre/post-operative rehabilitation. Holding a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy and a Bachelor’s degree in Sport & Exercise Science, Finlay combines extensive academic knowledge with a deep passion for helping individuals recover from injury, improve their performance, and prevent future issues.
Finlay’s particular interest in sports-related injuries has led him to acquire experience in Strength & Conditioning, therefore he’s worked with athletes across various disciplines, helping them return to peak performance following injuries such as ACL ruptures, rotator cuff injuries, and chronic overuse conditions.
Outside of work, Finlay likes to stay active and regularly competes in Muay Thai and Kickboxing.
