Senior Physiotherapist

Borehamwood & Hampstead Garden Suburb

Harry’s passion for Physiotherapy began long before he qualified—it started as a patient.

After sustaining a serious football injury, Harry underwent his first knee surgery at just 11 years old. Years of rehabilitation gave him first-hand insight into the physical and emotional challenges of recovery, inspiring him to pursue a career helping others overcome pain, regain confidence and get back to doing what they love.

With over 13 years of clinical experience, including more than a decade in private Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, Harry has helped thousands of people recover from injury, manage persistent pain and improve their performance. His treatment approach is hands-on, evidence-based and tailored to each individual, combining manual therapy, joint mobilisation and manipulation, personalised rehabilitation programmes, and strength and conditioning principles to achieve lasting results—not just short-term relief.

Harry has undertaken additional training in acupuncture, dry needling and shockwave therapy, enabling him to offer a comprehensive range of treatment options based on each patient’s goals and clinical needs.

Whether you’re recovering from an injury, dealing with ongoing pain, returning to sport or simply looking to move better, Harry is passionate about helping you achieve your goals through practical, effective and personalised care.

Areas of Expertise - Sports injuries and rehabilitation - Neck and back pain - Shoulder, hip, knee and ankle injuries - Post-operative rehabilitation - Tendon pain and Shockwave Therapy - Strength and conditioning - Performance optimisation - Acupuncture and dry needling - Injury prevention and return-to-sport programmes

Chartered Physiotherapist

Muswell Hill & Hampstead Garden Suburb

I am a motivated and empathetic chartered physiotherapist originally from Ireland. I completed my undergraduate degree in Sports Rehabilitation and Athletic Therapy in Ireland and then moved to London to complete my masters in Physiotherapy.

I am particularly passionate about working within the field of sports physiotherapy. I have 4 years experience working pitch-side with various teams, including Gaelic football, hurling and rugby teams both in Ireland and London, treating a variety of sporting injuries. My main focus is helping people return back to their pre-injury state, whether that is just to normal everyday activities or back to an amateur or high level sport, using a variety of both hands on manual treatment and exercise prescription. I constantly strive for the best possible patient centred care, all while continuously working on improving my own knowledge and skill sets. I also have valuable experience working with post-operative patients on an elective orthopaedic ward.

Outside of work, I enjoy keeping active, playing Gaelic football for a team in West London, as well as going to the gym.
