I am a motivated and empathetic chartered physiotherapist originally from Ireland. I completed my undergraduate degree in Sports Rehabilitation and Athletic Therapy in Ireland and then moved to London to complete my masters in Physiotherapy.
I am particularly passionate about working within the field of sports physiotherapy. I have 4 years experience working pitch-side with various teams, including Gaelic football, hurling and rugby teams both in Ireland and London, treating a variety of sporting injuries. My main focus is helping people return back to their pre-injury state, whether that is just to normal everyday activities or back to an amateur or high level sport, using a variety of both hands on manual treatment and exercise prescription. I constantly strive for the best possible patient centred care, all while continuously working on improving my own knowledge and skill sets. I also have valuable experience working with post-operative patients on an elective orthopaedic ward.
Outside of work, I enjoy keeping active, playing Gaelic football for a team in West London, as well as going to the gym.
