Mr Zak Cherfa
Senior Physiotherapist
I am a Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with experience across private practice and the NHS, specialising in the assessment and rehabilitation of complex musculoskeletal and sports-related injuries.
I hold postgraduate qualifications including an MSc in Advanced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and an MSc in Sports & Exercise Medicine.
Alongside my clinical work, I have a strong background in Strength and Conditioning, which allows me to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and performance. This enables me to not only help patients recover from injury, but to build resilience, improve movement quality, and reduce the risk of recurrence.
I have experience managing a wide range of presentations including spinal pain, shoulder and lower limb injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and persistent pain conditions.
My approach combines hands-on therapy, progressive loading strategies, and clear education so that each treatment plan is structured, goal-focused, and tailored to the individual. I place strong emphasis on understanding each person’s lifestyle, training demands, and long-term goals — whether that is returning to competitive sport, maintaining an active lifestyle, or simply moving without pain.
I aim to help you move better, feel stronger, and return to what matters most with confidence.

Mr Tyrone Kon
(He/Him/His)
Director and Specialist Physiotherapist
Hampstead Garden Suburb
With 19 years of clinical experience, I am a highly skilled musculoskeletal physiotherapist who remains genuinely passionate about the work I do. I take pride in thorough assessment, precise diagnosis, and delivering tailored rehabilitation programmes that help patients achieve meaningful, long-term outcomes — whether that is returning to sport, regaining independence, managing persistent pain, or avoiding surgery where possible.
I graduated with a First Class Honours degree in Physiotherapy from the University of East London in 2006 and am a registered member of the HCPC and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy. My clinical approach is firmly evidence-based, combining current research with extensive hands-on experience to ensure patients receive the highest standard of care.
I have undertaken postgraduate training in Acupuncture, Spinal Manipulation, and Shockwave Therapy, allowing me to offer a broad and effective range of treatment options. I have a particular specialist interest in knee rehabilitation, including ACL injuries, meniscal pathology, and post-operative recovery following total knee replacement. A key focus of my work is optimising rehabilitation to reduce the need for orthopaedic surgery where appropriate.
I also have a strong interest in the management of back pain, designing progressive rehabilitation programmes aimed not only at resolving symptoms, but at preventing recurrence. Alongside this, I regularly work with older adults to improve mobility, strength, confidence, and overall function, supporting independence and quality of life.
